We focus our efforts toward improving facilities and programs that provide care through services for our community mental health, behavioral health and long term care. Our mission has always remained the same to support quality of care, client experience and safety while nurturing community partnerships.
Often behavioral health is overlooked within the healthcare industry – but these services are essential within our communities and often serve vulnerable clients who deserve quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

Our Founder
Intercoastal Healthcare Consulting (IHCC) was founded in 2019 by Sharanda Sipe a devoted and passionate community advocate. She has earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. In addition, she is a Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW), Baker Act (BA) Advocate and has served the community as an Court Appointed Baker Act Advocate. She is trained in ALF Limited Mental Health Licensure, and DSM-5 Definition of Mental Disorder. Her passion to advocate is the driving force of IHCC to give back through supporting and strengthening the Substance Abuse Mental Health (SAMH), Behavioral Health (BH), and the Long Term Care (LTC) community.
Sharanda roots within our community continues to deepen, further impacting our community through compliance and risk management. She believes her life's work is helping others by sharing her wheelhouse of skills and knowledge. IHCC is an extension of her life purpose to pay it forward and improve the quality of care for our most vulnerable community.
With over a decade in compliance, risk mitigation and customer experience spanning across senior living, behavioral health, SAMH community-based programs and healthcare systems, her career has set the stage of talent that continues to serve every aspect of our client compliance needs.
As the founder of Intercoastal Healthcare Consulting, Sharanda is committed to leading us into fostering a progressive work environment that creates awareness, accountability, and quality care.
